Disclosure Policy

  1. Basic Policy
    The Company will promptly disclose information aiming for transparency, fairness, and continuity in accordance with laws and regulations, such as the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, and the timely disclosure rules of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
  2. Method of Information Disclosure
    Disclosure of information covered by the timely disclosure rules will be published in accordance with the rules on the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s timely disclosure notification system (TDnet). After disclosure on the system, we will strive to post the information promptly on the Company’s website.
  3. Regarding Forecasts
    The future plans, forecasts, and strategies included in the Company’s disclosures include risks and uncertainties since they are derived from certain assumptions deemed by management to be rational based on information available at the time of preparation. Actual performance may therefore differ considerably from these forecasts due to various factors.
  4. Silent Period
    The Company observes a silent period of three weeks prior to the announcement of each financial results with a view to preventing leaks of financial result information (including quarterly financial results) and ensuring fair disclosure. Please be aware that during this period, the Company refrains from making any comment or answering any inquiries regarding performance and from holding any individual meetings or company briefings. However, even during silent periods the Company will announce any occurrences requiring timely disclosure in accordance with the timely disclosure rules.
