We enable interconnection between Arteria Networks’ dedicated enterprise networks, Closed IP Networks, and international VPM carrier networks through Multi Service Gateway. We can provide a comprehensive network solution for networks in Japan as well as overseas sites.
VECTANT Global IP-VPN covers the world’s major cities, including in China and Asia. We provide the service in over 150 regions around the world, such as Asia, Oceania, North America, Latin America, Europe, and Africa. We operate nodes in 20 cities in China alone, and are expanding our network in stages. Furthermore, to ensure high reliability, our major international routes all have redundancy, and our main international interregional routes have redundancy with submarine and terrestrial cables, while our network equipment is also configured with redundancy to the fullest extent possible. Moreover, the network operation centers (NOCs) that operate, monitor, and manage the international networks are located in Sydney and Singapore with a bipolar configuration and complete redundancy.

A full mesh configuration in the international IP-VPN section supports optimal route design. Furthermore, the establishment of a six-level class of service (CoS) system enables quality levelsto be set.
Comprehensive global VPN services
In addition to networks in Japan, we can also provide integrated networks for overseas sites as a package. We offer comprehensive services from deployment to maintenance and billing. Furthermore, in addition to deployment of access lines, we undertake complete arrangement of managed routers to overseas access points. This enables us to propose optimal configurations and costs for domestic and overseas networks. Just as in Japan, our delivery managers for overseas sites undertake all operations up to line deployment, including adjustments and negotiations, relieving customers of the burden entirely.

Inquires regarding overseas sites are handled completely in Japanese by our VECTANT Customer Support Center (VCSC), just like sites in Japan, enabling us to adjust the network status in each country and onsite maintenance response.
